Yeah when she's talking about the other people her age struggling, going through traumas etc.. It's like that at Old folks homes, there are some people really struggling, but there are great people like this lady you interviewed.
There are ways to just go meet people at old folk's homes, community service organizations will make routine trips.

What I was referring to, was that the way that this "could" move forward, was that people might be able to search for info about any random person through taking a photograph in the street, they don't even have to be famous.
