Please confirm / deny this rumor
Listening to TWIF 13 (Sarah Lane and Martin Sargent).
Martin says that Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht are gay. He says it sooo non-chalantly, and Sarah just follows along.
It doesn't matter to ME whether they are or not, but if this is true, I am very surprised it's not top news.
Can anyone confirm or deny? It's NOT April's Fool day anymore.
For what it's worth, Martin also said that he put a restraining order on Leo Laporte, and after a VERY long time, they final got together on TWIT (don't know the show number) and explained it was only a hoax.

- Ha. We're friends with Sarah and Alex, and we know Kevin but we're not close with him. I only met Martin once, but he was extremely nice. Same with Leo. What I do know is that all of them have a great relationships with each other -- there's no genuine problem between anyone as far as I know. Kevin is self-conscious about his internet fame (although he handles it well), so I think they are just ribbing him. :)

But, Steve - you guys in all in the same 'hood. You would KNOW whether this is a rumor or not (San Fran - L.A. - not that far apart).
Didn't Zadi interview Sarah? Does she (and you too!) know if she really is bitter? I know you DIDN'T interview her about Kevin, but.... girls can read between the lines.
Never-the-less, "Derek" will wrap this post up as "myth / rumor / hoax / sarcasm". B-)

Thanks Steve for your comments. Like I said, I kinda figured as much. But they are playing HARD ball sarcasm with their listeners.
Their comments are not said in passing, but are recorded in podcast forever and ever. The last time Kevin was on TWIT (again, from THAT podcast), Leo was making him pretty darn nervous with talk of money and fame.
Sarah was miffed that a "body guard" pushed her aside when she went to hug Kevin during a Digg show.
Again, in strong terms:
I am not trying to start anything - just get an understanding.
If I need to just be "hands off" and just enjoy (or not enjoy) the shows, then that's what I'll do.

I didn't think they were gay.
It is obvious that Martin is jealous of Kevin, and I think (can't confirm) that Sarah used to date Kevin - so they both got an ax to grind. Not only that, I think Leo is jealous also of Kevin - so, he may condone stuff like that on his network.

Well I have the 2006 80 GB classic & the 32GB iPod touch both sound qualities are great but I must agree about the classic being better. I've been getting alot positive feedback about Sennheiser so I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the info!
