In a blink of an eye, 25 years of my life has passed. And what actually made me realize this is the fact lots of things have changed. Yes, we live in progressive society and we always tend to change things, but when you see people have changed, that’s when you really open your eyes.

A girl from high school called Miljana N. was such a good friend to me. We were soul mates, sitting next to each other, and over the 4 years of school we never ran out of subject while we were talking and laughing (even during classes). She was so funny, smart and sophisticated person. Unfortunately school ended and everyone went his/her own path. Haven’t seen her ever since, and when I saw her on the street several weeks ago, I barely recognized her. Not that she was looking differently, but she was different. All that laughter and joy was gone, and what I saw is one serious and steady person. She was staying in the city for couple days so we arranged to meet one night, just to catch up on the old days. But seriously, Miljana I knew was entirely gone. We talked only about serious stuff such as work, family and politics. Whenever I wanted to change subject to something funny or tell a joke, she complained how I was being foolish and needed to get more serious. She was cold…

Another good friend of mine called Nebojsa K. was a legend. You couldn’t find more hilarious person in the whole city. Everyone thought “this guy will never grow up”. When I saw him several days ago he was walking on the street with 2 kids. His kids!

Zoran J, the man who lives in the same street as me is a bit older guy. In fact, he has 2 kids almost my age. But 10 years ago we were playing football with him. This morning I saw him walking on the street - with the help of a stick! Yes like a grandpa. Well actually he is a grandpa but it never accrued to me, simply because it feels like yesterday when we were playing football together and running after the ball.

Every person I know keeps changing. You stop seeing him/her for a year or so, and next thing you see is a completely different person. Somebody, please stop the time!!!

What I was referring to, was that the way that this "could" move forward, was that people might be able to search for info about any random person through taking a photograph in the street, they don't even have to be famous. Fair enough at this p...
