Friend and Forgive...blah!

I checked my last blog and I made it just over 23 hours ago so I can still count this in my day of being serious!

WOW, that last post about my dad pushed my blog into the top US tumblr blogs… I am not at #18,778… not sure what that is now…

Anyways, I owe an apology to all my friends.. for the last few years I have been locking myself in my room… just not wanting to embrace the world…

I just had somethings start bothering me again… like my father but writing about him made me feel much better.

I have also be picking friends I want to bring with me as I become a man… Just yesterday I personally let someone know I had to let them go… Team Taiwan has made many cuts this year… I hope for the better since I can now really count all the people I call best friends on one hand…

I’m not going to officially count the 400 facebook friends or 10,000 myspace friends…  though I like being able to express something and get feed back… plus meeting up with complete strangers is fun too… (don’t jugde me… lol)

Everyone says I never get serious… and was shocked at my last post… but I just wanted to say that whole thing was just cause insurance is very important… and he could have called…

I forgive my dad for what I have been through… from my understanding, not forgiving someone is the only way the Lord will deny entrance to heaven. Makes since because He gave His physical life and all we have to go is change our mental state of thought towards a person. I hope my dad forgives me for things I have done.

I’m fine might go to the movies… not gonna sit around and think about someone who damn sure doesn’t think of me… haha I’m just going to file my dad under ex-girlfriends.

I also got some links on NJ charity care, might make some contacts but to be honest I don’t want to know what it is… (RE last blog).

Taiwan vs My Dad, Insurance, and Cancer.

I only get serious 1 day out of the whole year… here it is:

I have the oddest relationship with my father… it’s a silent respect with no communication, just a weekly financial support via mail he sends it himself (not even a slip of paper saying “Hi Tai”)… but when I have had a problem in the past my dad would solve it with the quickest speed. I thought he did that by fatherly instinct but after growing up and having to live with my grandmother (his mom, while my mom was trippin) and hearing another side… I felt it was because he wanted to get me off the phone.

I love my major (TV Production) but a year ago I returned to that grandmother to find out my dad STRONGLY disliked my major… when I confronted him he told me that it wasn’t true and if it was what I wanted to do it was fine… I don’t beleive him… He doesn’t think I will make anything of myself.

From Pre-K to 6th grade while public school was free…my dad sent me to top private schools… and now that school cost money, umm, he has not sent an extra dime… (wait he did visit my while working at Disney and helped me with some car insurance, in 2007)

I bet you came here for the “Insurance, and Cancer” part… well I found a lump on my testicle… it has been their for a while (being a virgin - “If you don’t use them, you’ll loose them” might be true)… pain just got really bad.. My best friend Kai thought I said “cancer” in a convo with him twice… Being very religious (bet you didn’t know that I was - I actually attend over 90% of my Churches services even when they have 2 or 3 in a day) I felt the Lord was telling me it’s time… plus my aunt and my grandmother (on my dad’s side) just conquered it!

The lump is newer than the pain… I did have a ultrasound on my testicles years ago but it found nothing.

Two weeks ago, after years, I went to the doctor about this lump… thankfully the doctor did not feel anything (I damn sure feel it). Took kept the doctors office from being sued… they want me to get another ultrasound.

I also need to go to the dentist. I called the dentist today to make my appointment. Then called my dads insurance to see about the dentist and ultrasound (Mind you my last ultrasound cost my mom a lot of money)…. Blue Cross let me know it expired on my 22nd birthday. About 3 months ago… mind you I have been using the card so I know when the Hospital and Clinic realizes this I am going to get a very big bill.

Thank God I did not go get the ultrasound the next day like my mother asked.

It’s just that I know that my Dad got a letter that my insurance was 86’ed because I wrote him a letter in January… he didn’t talk to me for about 11 months so, sometime I try to be a grown up… He writes me back in March (not saying anything about the letter I wrote him) using these shitty free crappy cards that were for another holiday saying “a little bird told me it was your birthday” yea that fucking rare pigeon is called ‘Blue Cross notice of cancellation for dependent letter.’ Blue Cross also let me know he is still paying for the family plan… with no family.

How did I come up with this? Easy… he didn’t call me on my 20th or 21st…

Now my friends and family are going to read this and think my father is a sack of shit but I would like to say he is a sack of something but he is still my father so I will say he is a sack of hot air… The man who promised me a Car my whole life lets me drive around in a car that starts when it wants to and contains almost a whole roll of tape under the hood. It wasn’t always like this (thank you mommy, you tried to make a man’s purchase…)

He doesn’t even know about the bad car accident I was in… the one that had me on my back for like 1.5 weeks… Just 20 days before “Blue Cross”ed out my insurance was… To be honest, I got the wrong Gieco plan… that’s the only reason they covered my medical for $250 dollars… my last 2 companies I had a $1000 dollar deducible… thank God I made that mistake!

What happened if that stupid Indian kid hit me 21 days later and I listed my Health insurance as my primary on my car insurance for a lower rate? :(

Well now I need insurance… and I have not had a job for almost a year because of the econ…. and even if I do get this city office job… it doesn’t come with benefits.

In closing, people ALWAYS ask why am I a virgin? Because my dad wasn’t taught to be a dad cause his dad did not teach him… I am sure it keeps going back… so I’m not going practice the art of baby making if I don’t have time to put up with the gift that the Lord delivers. Thankfully my mom who is also my wannabe father, taught me that.

I’m not down… just bothered!
