I Took into the project with gusto, I gutted the controller and dremilled the life out of it to create something resembling what's in the myspace vid. That phone is in peices too,
However the I've realised something, In order to keep what I have together I've pretty much got to glue everything together, and if I have more than one phone ( I also have a windows pda smartphone) I like to change the sims around a bit. This is gonna be a pain should I ever want to extract the sim or even the battery. My living arrangements at the moment does not make any DIY projects favourable, and untill I can find a way to piece the components together in such a non permanent way, then it's going no further :(

Well I have the 2006 80 GB classic & the 32GB iPod touch both sound qualities are great but I must agree about the classic being better. I've been getting alot positive feedback about Sennheiser so I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the info!
