Handle With Care
Last night I went to the Art Gallery of South Australia for an amazing event called DepARTure. The program is made especially for people in their 20s and 30s to introduce them to art and culture in a creative and fun social setting. Personally I just get a kick out of being in the Art Gallery after hours and getting a chance to see a sneak peek of a new exhibition within the gallery. Hey LVS... how was that trip down to Melbourne btw? Did u check out some of those bars? A Couple weeks ago I went to 1806... i forgot to mention that place to you... BUT it's different from when i was last there. It's still a nice cozy type bar. I ordered this freaky cocktail like no other. It was called a Margarita Pudding ...or somthing. It was actually a pudding! ... like a set custard in a bowl which had to be eaten with a spoon. 1 or 2 mouthfulls is nice... tastes like a potent alcoholic lemon tart... but after mouthful 4 or 5... it gets a bit too much. I'm glad i shared it around... and one of mygirlfriends was off her face and downed 4 consecative spoonfulls in the blink of an eye.

I've checked 36 views and it's just great. You're really posting cool things on there. I especially liked the Aboriginal Art post. I had heard of this type of art (connected with 'the dreaming'...), seen some artists works (like Sally Morgan) and really was curious to find out more about it.
Tell me how popular is Aboriginal Art in Australia, is it widely acknowledged and does it get to be exhibited often ?

A big countdown timer is a great idea! I don't know the exact date yet -- still a little too much work to be done to have the target down. But as soon as we do, a countdown timer is an awesome idea.
Er, uh, sorry there, Cameron... we had to reschedule the interview with Nar. But he will be on with us -- most likely in December as part of a show instead of a blog video...
