utorrent in combination with thepiratebay.org, mininova.org, or other torrent tracker combined with a little bit of common sense and disabling seeding is pretty much the safest fast and free way to get music/movies/videos/etc.
limewire is the devil. 6 out of 10 files are phishing scams/viruses/crappy/no good/pieces of shit/that made me have to/factory restore/my computer. Thats right, fuck limewire. however i don't fall for the phishing scams, like that bullshit on mysp...
