well when you play, the game "recognizes a state" but i kept dropping it in it the place and it keeps giving me that frustrating boink noise.. i had to put down Oregon like.. 20 times.. it was crazy : ( but if i was the only one who had trouble i'll just keep quiet...

What I was referring to, was that the way that this "could" move forward, was that people might be able to search for info about any random person through taking a photograph in the street, they don't even have to be famous.
