I wasn't confused about the difference between a hypothesis and theories, everything i've read refered to it as a theory, same with the other "theories" i mentioned.

Now that you mention Michio Kaku, that's who one of my friends i talked to kept bringing up, and one of his most recent books, forgot the name though.

My calendar ends every year, the fact that that Mayan relic could go so far into the future on just one small surface is incredible enough don't ya think, the world is.... compared to how long humans live, basically forever
even if we all died the planet would still be here for probably billions of years.
The moon is so old it's almost broken lol. Basically my opinion is i doubt it, This planet has been here before man ever was and will most likely be here after, So the end of the world ? For me 'no'. The end of humanity oh who knows ? Ask the Angel....
