On this week's shows we saw an incredible radio station in KCRW -- they understand the web, technology, and social media. Is this the future for all radio? What else could it become? Or, is it dead?

killed the radio star? i think it should be: "has the web killed the video star?"
i used to watch mtv and other music shows but now i hardly even watch tv anymore.
i listen to radio every day. but not for the music. mostly for discussions on the radio. the radio doesn't play my music everyday. but sometimes they do. so I think the radio is still alive and always will be.

Bullshit, RADIO WILL NEVER DIE. We don't listen to radio because it has what we want all the time. WE LISTEN TO RADIO BECAUSE WE KNOW WE ARE NOT ALONE. The radio is like a huge concert that you know thousands of others a listening to at the same time you are. The radio is live streaming music and dj's giving you up to date info on shit thats happening. Radio is a very basic and VERY IMPORTANT form of communication that will live on when the rest of technology is destroyed. LONG LIVE RADIO.

Well I have the 2006 80 GB classic & the 32GB iPod touch both sound qualities are great but I must agree about the classic being better. I've been getting alot positive feedback about Sennheiser so I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the info!
