Hey so we're throwing around the idea of doing our first live JETSET show. We covered five live streaming web sites in the most recent episode and thought it would be fun to have a live JETSET party of sorts!
What do you guys think? What kind of things would you like to talk about/discuss? We're open to ideas at this point. Let's throw some around. :)
Well I'm on the "Far East" coast of Japan so I don't know if I could make it. But I do think it's a cool idea. I like the idea of having a live show where things aren't really scripted and more organic. Maybe you could discuss the future of JETSET or where you plan on going. Maybe planning a JETSET party. A worldwide creative JETSET contest to see who can come up with a funny spoof of the JETSET show. I don't know, just throwing ideas out there.
If your throwing the party then I should supply the drinks. Check out drinkjetset.com or http://energy-drink-ratings.blogspot.com/
I am located in San Francisco but my product was just launched in Safeway, Pavillions, Vons , Genaurdi's Dominicks , Tom Thumb and Carrs NATIONWIDE. Jetset energy can be found in the mixer aisle if you would like to give it a try.

I think once a month a live show would be awesome. But editing is a huge part of JetSet that you wouldn't be able to duplicate live. Mixing it up is what you guys do. It will be all good.
JETSET Live, ....nope. The entire nature of a podcast was to get away from unreliable buggy and low quality internet entertainment to something that was organized and concise that you could watch at your convenience wherever you go. People subscribe to podcasts to enjoy them on their computer, iPod, and phone at their own leisure whenever they want. I honestly do not think that a live episode would do well at all.
The idea would just be to hang out and have fun, answer questions, and experiment. And we can embed a saved version of the live show on MIX or on jetsetshow.com, so everyone could see what went on and download a copy for their iPod or whatever.
Also, it wouldn't be 24 hours. We're planning on it being one hour long -- maaaybe 2. But we want to have a plan, not be random... it'll be like a live talk show.
Smith, 63, will be presented with the Founders Award during performing rights group ASCAP´s annual pop music awards dinner honoring the composers and publishers of the most-performed songs of 2009.
When I go out, I'm more often than not at other peoples houses and not really any sort of businesses. Plus the people I hang out with aren't nearly as techy as me so I'd be using it with no one. And I don't really need to play social games like this…
