I feel like any two consenting adults should get the right to marry like any other two consenting adults, and that's all it's really about. Whether or not you feel comfortable about it really isn't the issue. Being able to marry someone you love regardless of sex is a basic human right in many countries and should be everywhere, and looking at it any other way is as discriminatory as any other form of sexism. Yes, those are strong words. But when it comes to human rights issues, sometimes it's necessary.

Also, being in any way LGBQT (Lesbian/Gay/Bi/Queer/Transgendered) is a sexual orientation, not necessarily a preference. "Preference" refers to an idea that they have chosen to be this way, which isn't the case.

Seriously,
I think the person who put it the best was Gavin Newsom.
(I'm paraphrasing mind you, I don't know the exact quote.)
"The sky isn't going to fall and the world isn't going to end.
We've just passed a law that brings us one step closer to total equality."
I mean, the only people getting mad are religious fanatics.
They're not trying to change the Bible, there just changing the constitution, which was written by men. The Bible was as well, but that's another topic for another time.
All in all, I am a straight man, I like boobs, lol, but I support peoples right to make the choice for themselves and I am happy that they can get married.
I'm goin to Pride Parade on the 28th, it's gonna be blast.

I believe marriage is about love. I think there should be no restrictions depending on what sexual preference someone has. Im all for same sex marriages.
