Is it better to yell or remain calm?
[*EDIT*: Reading everyone's comments made me realize that I should put my original question in better context. Here is my revised question, with the original question posted below.]
Here's the scenario:
Someone or something makes you angry. You then go somewhere where no one is around. You're still angry from before. What do you do now?
Is it healthier to yell and let the anger run its course, or remain calm and "meditate" the anger away? I honestly wonder which of the two is more beneficial, so I thought I'd ask the awesome EPIC-FU community.
What do you think is the healthiest way to release your anger when you're alone?

It varies from person to person, but If it's a person that angers you, I don't suggest yelling, it makes them feel acomplished. Sarcasm helps if you ask me.

It depends on the person. Some people need and outlet for their emotions and yelling (or breaking something) could be that outlet for them. Other people can use other outlets (music, writing, etc.) instead. I'd say it varies from person to person and situation to situation...

Meditate. And even when you are in the thick of what is making you angry, It is much more powerful to keep your voice still to get a point across.
Take The Dark Knight for example
The most powerful line in the movie was when the Joker was making the deal with the mob and the black guy says something like "You're insane" very harshly, and the Joker, very intensely but without raising his voice, says "no... I'm not." I got chills when he said that. Watch it again and see the power of the way that line is said.

It depends on the situation. I would say that 99% of the time it is better to remain calm, however anger can be an asset.

What I was referring to, was that the way that this "could" move forward, was that people might be able to search for info about any random person through taking a photograph in the street, they don't even have to be famous.
