I tried searching the forum but couldn't find a section for newbies to introduce themselves, so I think a section/sticky thread should be established for this purpose as i always got flamed for bad "nettiquet" for posting willy nilly without doing this when I joined forums and communities before.

in case there already is one, then I apologise,

I'm Laurence, From Aberdeen In Scotland (Smiles and waves), introducing myself on EpicFU. I was aimlessly going through vids on youtube and stubled across Zadi Presenting an old Jetset show. And this has opened my eyes with what the net has to offer and how it inspires other people. as well as other people who have just done their own thing and have used the net to show other people. I have seen nearly all the ones hosted on "the tube" and can only discribe the shows as "shock and awe on a budget"

Keep up the good work Zadi & co. You've impressed me so I'll be sticking around for a while yet :D

And any other new members, introduce yourselves on this thread.

I'm Josh, from Los Angeles, California, introducing myself to you folks here at epic Fu. As most of you I wandered and saw a video of Zadi on the newly renamed- epicfu, I would watch episode after episode and soon after today's episode made me sign up to the website, only due to the fact that I wanted to post my game score for the bragging right's (failed to even get close to the top score. QQ) anyways, I browsed through the site and the design and overall layout of this place impressed me. The community seems great and I want to be a part of it.

Perhaps one of these days, I'll be included in an episode in some shape or form. Tee hee.

Zadi, you're awesome and I hope to see more finger snapping and arm circling (or whatever. )

Hey! I'm Scentoria from California. I am currently in school finishing my Masters in Education. I plan to teach junior high and junior college(later). Yes I am skipping the hard-headed high school kids..haha I think I knew exactly what my career path was after I graduated high school. Since then, I've been mentoring and tutoring and teaching. I love it! I applied to teach in Japan. Wish me luck! I also have a side business such as baking (homemade drop scones any flavor), cooking for events, massages(sorry no happy endings), and an event planner. Remember the Jamaicans on "In Living Color" ha ha yeah that's me. Anyway, enough of that...

I'm cool as can be...like them Charlie Brown peeps...;)

Nice meeting you!

Hey Guys,
I'm Kwab and I live in Ontario, Canada. I'm a reluctant computer science student and extremely amateur designer.
I stumbled upon the show 2 days ago and just finished watching all the available episodes. I'm trying to figure out how you guys did the old jetset intro.

if you mean Zadi floating, she jumped in the air, and they (Steve Woolf?) took a bunch of photos from different angles at top of her jump.

Then they sprinkled some kinda of Apple Macintosh stuff on it, and made the video.

Heya, I'm Dale, I live in Canberra Australia. I just finished a BA in Security Analysis at the Australian National University. I majored in Security and Strategic Studies and Political Science. In my spare time I write music and DJ. I am signed to Elektrax Progressive in Sydney and DJ every two weeks or so at a club here in Canberra. Other than that I like to mess around with computers, ride bikes down hills at high speeds and sometimes I make video. Which reminds me I should really do some work on project 2357

I'm Dave from Glenwood springs, Colorado. (I'm in whats considered "the Valley" in the Aspen Colorado area). I'm a computer science major from Fort Lewis College. I've been around for a while maybe late Jetset era of the FU. Just from the beginning, this community, website and episodes have been absolutely brilliant.

I live on a ranch as a ranch hand raising cattle and I'm a teacher teaching computers and business. Just your average computer/technology enthusiast. I'm hoping I can eventually change the way we think about technology and computer science in the schools in my area, and start to inspire more students into the area.

Oh hai ther guise.

Harrison is my name. I've been a long time watcher of the FU, so just because I'm new doesn't meant I don't know what's going down, ya heard?
